Dietitians of America offers digital directory listings and subscription services. Because our services are primarily digital, refunds are limited.

2. Subscription Refunds

• Monthly Plans: You may cancel anytime; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds.
• Annual Plans: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if no listing or advertising service has been used.
• Featured Listings or Ads: Non-refundable once displayed or published.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@dietitiansofamerica.com within 30 days for review.

4. Service Changes

We reserve the right to change or discontinue pricing, features, or subscription tiers at any time. We will notify active users of material changes.
