1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines what is prohibited on the Dietitians of America platform.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the site to:

• Post false, misleading, or unlicensed credentials
• Harass, defame, or threaten others
• Upload malicious code, spam, or viruses
• Use the directory for scraping, mass solicitation, or spam marketing
• Collect or share client data without consent
• Post inappropriate, discriminatory, or offensive content
• Circumvent payment systems or promote illegal services

3. Professional Conduct

Dietitians must uphold professional standards consistent with their licensing boards and relevant ethics codes (e.g., Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Code of Ethics).

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy
• Remove content at our discretion
• Cooperate with law enforcement for serious violations
